Consultation for therapists

I offer case consultation and clinical guidance for therapists. Together, we will work to design a private practice that you love. Group consultation is also available as a more affordable option. $200 per 50 minutes.

Coaching

Coaching is ideal for people who do not want the weekly commitment of therapy and/or live outside of California. You may already have a therapist to work through mental health issues, and want to add in a different approach that targets on one specific goal at a time. Coaching differs from therapy in that we do not delve deep into psychological material. Instead, we are more solution-focused, problem-solving, and goal oriented. As your coach, I am directive and serve as your partner in accountability. $250 per 50 minutes.
