Adults and Teens

One on one sessions provide you with a safe space to slow down, unwind, and look within. It takes courage to make changes, but you aren’t alone in this process. I serve as your guide and mirror through your journey of healing. Through the practice of curiosity, mindfulness, and compassion, you learn to be present with all parts of yourself. As we heal the wounded parts of you, you gain access to your natural qualities of wholeness such as clarity and wellbeing.

 

Couples

Online couples counseling to heal your relationship. I treat premarital, marriage, parenting, considering separation or divorce, conscious uncoupling, or simply wishing to strengthen your connection, intimacy, communication, and shared goals. LGBTQ+, non-monogamous, and sex positive affirming. We will aim to understand both partners’ needs, develop healthy practices, and learn to support yourselves and each other through the ups and downs of life together.

 

Families

Family dynamics can be complicated. Family therapy can help adult and teen members sort through conflicts, resentments, and life transitions together. You seek help because you value your relationships with your loved ones but are struggling to reach a balanced connection. I can help you heal intergenerational issues, improve communication, and develop healthier ways of relating throughout the life cycle.
